Balloon blow up

Pour a couple tablespoons of vinegar into a plastic bottle

Put some baking soda into a balloon

Attach balloon to bottle.  Try to be careful not to let the baking soda hit the vinegar until the balloon is securely attached.

Watch your balloon blow up!
